Dr. Kristin Westberg completed her
Ph.D. at the University of Mainz in Plant Biochemistry and Molecular
Biology in 2003. In addition to her main interest in Biology,
she took several classes in Journalism and Scientific Journalism.
During her studies she spent nine months at the University of
Lund, Sweden, and 2 months as a guest researcher at the University
of Stockholm.
Dr. Westberg joined Physicians World Europe
in January 2004, where she supports the development of scientific
content and organization of national and international projects.
She is fluent in both English and Swedish.
